Jitbaj Terms & Conditions — Complete Terms of Platform Use

1 General Introduction & Applicability

These Terms & Conditions govern your relationship with the jitbaj (https://jitbaj.biz) platform. jitbaj is an online Sports Betting and gaming platform built for users in Bangladesh.

These terms apply when you visit the site, open an account, make a deposit, place a bet, or use any of our services. jitbaj reserves the right to update these terms at any time. If changes are made, you will be notified via your registered mobile number or through a notice on the site.

2 Account & Registration

Each person may only hold one account on jitbaj. Opening multiple accounts under the same name or from the same device or network is strictly prohibited.

• You are required to provide accurate and truthful information when registering. Providing false information may result in your account being closed at any time.
• Keep your account password and login credentials completely private. If you share them with anyone, you are responsible for all activity that follows.
• Withdrawals will be restricted until KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is complete. Please verify using your NID or passport.
• To update your profile information, contact the support team. Your name cannot be changed once it has been verified.
• Transferring or selling a jitbaj account is strictly prohibited.

3 Age Requirements & Eligibility

Jitbaj is strictly for users aged 18 and above. If a minor uses or attempts to use the platform, the account will be suspended immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited.

By registering, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. We may request your NID or birth certificate at any time to verify your age.

4 Deposit & Payment Policy

You can deposit on jitbaj using Mobile Pay, Nagad, or Rocket. Deposits must be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.

• Always enter the correct transaction ID when making a deposit. An incorrect ID may cause delays in crediting your account.
• Deposits made through third parties or from someone else's account are not accepted.
• Once a deposit is made, the amount cannot be changed.
• jitbaj does not charge any deposit fees. However, charges from your mobile banking provider may apply.

5 Withdrawal Policy

Certain conditions apply when withdrawing funds from jitbaj. These are in place to protect users and maintain the integrity of the platform.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The maximum daily limit varies based on your account verification level.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the mobile banking number used for the deposit or a verified number on your profile.
• Without completed KYC verification, single withdrawals are limited to ৳2,000.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15–30 minutes. In exceptional cases, it may take up to 24 hours.
• To withdraw a bonus balance, the wagering requirement must be met.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold if suspicious activity is detected.

6 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Jitbaj offers various bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, which are detailed on the offer page.

• Welcome Bonus: Applicable on the first deposit only. Each user is eligible for this bonus once.
• Wagering Requirement: To withdraw a bonus, you typically need to wager 5–20x the bonus amount. The exact requirement is stated separately for each bonus.
• Time Limit: Most bonuses must be used within 7–30 days. Any unused bonus will expire at the end of this period.
• Promo Code: A promo code can only be used once. Using the same code across multiple accounts is prohibited.
• Cashback: Issued weekly or monthly, subject to specific conditions. Separate wagering requirements may apply to cashback.

7 Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on jitbaj and are enforced equally for all users.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled. If a cash-out option is available, you may use that instead.
• If a bet is not properly recorded due to a technical issue, jitbaj may consider that bet void.
• If there is an obvious error in the odds, jitbaj reserves the right to void the bet, even after it has been confirmed.
• Coordinated betting across multiple accounts on the same event (arbitrage) is prohibited.
• If any changes occur before an event begins (venue, time, or participants), jitbaj reserves the right to review the bet.
• Live betting may be subject to data delays. Exploiting such delays to create abnormal betting patterns is strictly prohibited.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jitbaj. Engaging in any of them will result in permanent account closure and the balance may be forfeited.

• Opening multiple accounts or using someone else's account.
• Bonus abuse — claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or attempting to withdraw without meeting the required conditions.
• Using funds from money laundering or illegal sources on the platform.
• Attempting to hack, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to jitbaj's systems.
• Placing bets through match fixing or the use of insider information.
• Placing bets using automated software or bots.
• Harassment of other users or fraudulent activity.

9 Account Closure & Suspension Policy

Jitbaj may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If a violation of these terms is detected.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or providing false information.
• Suspicious or unusual financial activity.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).

If an account is closed, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned, provided there is no forfeiture order due to a terms violation.

10 Liability Limits

Jitbaj is not liable for the following:

• When a bet is not placed due to loss of internet connection, or when there is a delay in live betting.
• For any issues arising from third-party payment systems.
• For unauthorized account access resulting from the user's own negligence.
• When service is temporarily unavailable due to unexpected technical errors.

Jitbaj always strives to deliver the best service, but technical limitations may occasionally cause disruptions. In such cases, we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

11 Changes to Terms & Notice

Jitbaj may modify, amend, or remove any part of these terms at any time. Registered users will be notified at least 7 days before any changes take effect.

Continuing to use the platform after any changes are made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please request account closure.

Changes made for urgent security reasons may take effect without prior notice. The reason for such changes will be published on the site.
